COLONEL (DR) JEROME BULLER
A Louisiana native, Colonel Buller began his military career in the enlisted ranks in 1982 as a Medical Laboratory Specialist. In 1985, he left active duty and entered the Louisiana Army National Guard while completing his undergraduate studies. During his undergraduate training, he concurrently attended Of¬ficer Candidate School at the Louisiana State Military Academy, where he was the distinguished honor graduate, followed by completion of the Infantry Officer Basic Course at Ft. Benning, Georgia. His first assignment as a military officer was as a platoon leader with C Co., 3rd Battalion, 156th Infantry Regiment.

SERGEANT MAJOR, USAISR
Sergeant Major Poist is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and enlisted in the United States Army in February 1990 as a Mechanized Infantryman. He attended basic combat training and advance individual training at Fort Benning, Georgia graduating in December 1990. He later reenlisted as a Radiology Specialist and completed the Radiology Specialist course at Fort Sam Houston, Texas in 1994. Sergeant Major Poist has served in multiple leadership positions from Rifle Team Leader, Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Chief Radiology Instructor Writer, Chief Radiology Noncommissioned Officer, and Chief Medical Sergeant Major.
